How long have you been living in Grottole?

I live in Grottole since I was born.

How long has your family been living here?

My family has been living here for three generations.

How has Grottole changed since your childhood?

Unfortunately there are fewer people but the town has evolved in terms of tourism.

What is your favorite place in all of Grottole?

The Serritiello – the part of the historic center where the caves are. From there you have a wonderful view.

Who cooks the best food in Grottole?

The grandmothers.

Is there any product your family produces for themselves?

We make olive oil and grow vegetables.

What’s your favorite memory of Grottole?

I have a beautiful and joyful memory of when, as a child, I played hide and seek in the streets near my house together with all the children of the neighborhood.

What’s something you can do better than anyone else?

I like spending the day in the countryside and preparing meat cooked on the fire, they say I’m good at it.
